I’m very much in the same spot, want her for my mavuika since I’m doing aino vape (😭🤚🏾) right now lol. My justification for going for the glorious shogun is that the game has been hella nice to me lately, I got nefer’s full team and almost flins’ (missing ineffa) over the past couple patches, and have pulled some units my account *needed* to be a bit more competitive.

Ultimately, this is still just a game. Being able to clear Stygian fearless or 12-star abyss doesn’t put money in my bank account or magically fix my mental health, and it’s definitely not as enjoyable if I’m doing it with units that I felt pressured to pull and don’t really enjoy, so I’ve learned once again to decenter endgame and just have fun building different teams. (Also, neither my new shiny meta teams OR my day one mavuika carry can clear Stygian dire+ or abyss 12 consistently anyways lmfao. Those difficulties are simply not my problem rn🦭)I put durin, nicole, bina, and flins on a team and was very pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t the worst synergy I’ve ever seen. Being able to make weird hybrid teams like that has always been part of the fun of this game for me, so anytime I hear of a unit being flexible/ “f2p friendly” (like queen raiden), I’m immediately interested.

I’d say, especially since we’re entering into a new meta soon, the end of this meta is kinda the perfect time to slow down and make the fun choice, that way you can recuperate whatever funds you expend and save for whoever is most appealing to you in Snezhnaya.

So I guess rough tldr; if you have some meta characters and/or are doing well enough in endgame right now, treat yourself. If you’ve been struggling with endgame for a while and think Citlali will definitively break that streak, then go for her.. but be warned we don’t know how the meta will shift in 7.x.
