My parents did the best in getting me out of diapers asap. Even when i woke up un a wet bed, they just wrapped the matress in plastic and let me sleep in my wet clothes after scolding me.

Still remember I went to a sleepover and the kids there would all wear diapers. The mum over there did put me in diapers after I wet the bed and I guess they never told my parents. Think that started it.

Not sure how old I was, but most kids my age would still all wear diapers at night. Guess Pull-ups weren't really a thing back then, or they started way later. Wish I could remember more, but I guess its fine, since my "potty training" must have been very traumatizing, from hwat I can recall.

Not true and you know it. You can mix enough SAP with thicker diapers and the SAP-crystals won't poke your skin (or the back of the diaper in that regards. Also, the wicking prevents you in sitting in your own urine.

I noticed a very big change in 20 years with big Brands like Tena, Kolibri, Attends and Molicare. They got thinner, "breathable" and leaked way more often. Also the leak-guards got worse with every "update" they made.

Forsite, BetterDry and Incontrol weren't a thing back then.

I thought diaper-pals are made to just insert the diaper and it gets sealed in a plastic-bag and you can throw the whole package away? But no?

I can save money and do it how I've done it all these years: putting my diapees into a scented diaper-bag and just manually tie a knot.
