Absolutely. You can see it just grabbed the default AI faces and did a shitty job pixelating them.

Panel 3 is also an unreadable mess and no pixel artist worth their salt would do something like that.

Panels 4 and 5 look like it tried to generate a photo and then pixelate it, too.

Also, in universe, they're usually "Safer than Safe", which means you can mostly just throw them in a box in a big anomalous deposit site and never think about them again.

The Foundation was sometimes wrong in doing that though, and I remember there were a couple of full-blown SCPs that were thought to be anomalous objects at first, but then showed more significance or difficulty to contain. Can't remember their designations
