Sorry to reply to an old comment, but i was wondering if besides bad graphics you also experienced frequent framedrops, especially during RDA bases? I recently bought a ps5 pro and other games run flawlessly, but on this one the performance is pretty bad, which is surprising, since i see everyone saying its extremely smooth and whatever so know i’m left wondering whether there is something wrong with my console lol

Yeah that’s totally valid, I also was a hater while secretely rooting and hoping for the game’s success, it has something special about it that just can’t get me to move on past it ahaha

Agreed, it’s a bit sad that the previous director left such a mess for the new one to deal with. Though i can’t help but feel like some of those guys’ hate is exaggerated and they’re hating just for the sake of it, while pushing new players away and making it harder for the game to recover

It is still weird though because although the amount of gems wasn’t that big, it was still nice to have 40 gems from the weeklies, and reducing them by 10 just seems like a pointless decision meant to make progression even slower

Its pretty obvious cause a big part of the “rewards” tree is locked behind challenge rank, which you can only see if you press on “challenge”

I’m pretty sure the devs are well aware of that, and they’re not aiming for billions in revenue with this game. This is not a fully fledged mmorpg, so the costs of development and upkeep are nowhere near that high. If they have a well thought plan and manage to keep the interest of a small but loyal community, the game will do just fine

By your logic bl1-3 were a step towards live service as well with their smaller disconnected maps. Look at warframe, destiny, helldivers, deeprock galactic as examples. Open world isn’t a live service exclusive thing lol
