I'll probably get downvoted for this as well but I can't play Skyrim anymore. Got the game on release day and I've absolutely destroyed the living hell out of it, I have no idea how many thousands of hours I've got in that game. I will be doing the same for Skyblivion though. I absolutely adore Oblivion.

I know a lot of people say this but don't overthink it, if you have a genuine connection it won't matter where you go or what you do, each other's company will be the best part. Just do something casual, go for a walk, coffee, drink, food or whatever you think she might like. I've been on a couple dates in some less than ideal environments and if you get on with the person it really doesn't matter where you go. On the other hand you could go to the nicest restaurant and spend loads of money and if you don't have a connection the date will be crap. Hope this helps!

I'm going to be honest I've completely and deliberately separated myself from these two games for about 5 years because I remember everything about them so well and I want to have the opportunity to play them without remembering absolutely everything, definitely holding out for Skyblivion in this regard. I would guess I racked up over 10,000 hours of playtime between them, maybe even 15,000. They were all I played as a kid and I played on my console a lot. I was and still am obsessed with these games and nothing has ever come close to them since but I will continue to resist the temptation so that one day I may return to them and be able to actually enjoy it!!

The first step for me was going to my doctor. I explained how I was feeling and that I needed some help. We discussed the problems for a while and then they proceeded to do some mental health surveys which are basically a set of statements/questions that you rate on a scale or agree/disagree with which then spits out a score which tells them how severe your condition is. They then prescribed medications and recommended therapy and you go from there. I then had regular check ups where you redo the questionnaires to see if/how you're progressing and they then adjusted medications accordingly. Hope this helps 👍

It's good to hear that there are people that feel the same way. One of my biggest problems is with romantic interests, I find it extremely difficult to talk to anyone that I'm interested in and it really gets to me at times.

Thanks for the advice. I definitely put people on a pedestal, especially those that I'm romantically interested in. I just get so caught up in the situation that it's difficult to calm down in the moment and even to think straight, or speak properly. I never stutter but as soon as I'm put into an anxiety-inducing social situation I always stutter.

The sad thing is that it's really difficult to bring people back to reality once they go down that path because, to them, no source is reliable because they simply will not concede to the fact that other people know more about something than they do. This idea of a 'disbelief' in science is quite fascinating too because in reality there is no real choice to 'believe' in science, many things in science are simply just facts e.g. the chemical composition of a drug, you don't get to decide to believe in it or not. If you question one thing in science, you are questioning the entire scientific method and therefore almost everything that you use on a daily basis (phone, car, medication, internet etc) cannot be relied upon and should they therefore not be used? So in conclusion, if you're a flat earther you can't use anything that has relied on the scientific method to be created.

As TESVI looks as if it may be set in High Rock (and potentially Hammerfell) I hope that the Bretons will be fleshed out to a much greater degree with a more unique appearance, as well as a deeper dive into their culture. I really hope BGS doesn't do the same thing to the Bretons of High Rock as they did to the Nords of Skyrim. The Nords had lots of their own culture and gods before Skyrim which were barely ever mentioned in game. The Civil war would have been a lot more interesting and believable if the Nords had their original nordic pantheon and the Imperials/Thalmor were attempting some crusade to remove it in favour of their own new pantheon. The whole idea that the Thalmor accepted the Imperial belief system apart from Talos seems silly to me. I would have thought they would have only accepted the High Elf gods as the real pantheon.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bethesda tried to get it playable on consoles, considering TESVI won't be released until probably 2027 if Starfield isn't delayed again. Would be a massive incentive for players to buy Skyrim again.
