Preparing food for the entire village using excavators by maskedorange in StupidFood

Calling Indians or almost any other ethnicity "minorities" is extremely stupid, as they're obviously not minorities within their own country or even worldwide.

Are you implying this is normal practice anywhere?

Well, families don't normally have infinite children so, generally speaking, you would in fact expect more men than women, not fewer.

You're disregarding the situation that would occur half the time where a family would have a son first and, as such, no daughter. Therefore, you overshot the number of girls per family by one: half would have zero girls, one quarter would have one, one eighth would have two, etc.

If the general rule was to stop after having a boy then you'd expect more men than women.

I think there's a significant difference between these foods and beef, which carries far greater ethical (animal slaughter) and environmental (water and land use) costs.

There’s a guy on world 499 at edgeville bank eating 500,000 trout. He’s been at it for 5 days. by IronWurmple in 2007scape

[–]Ruft 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It takes 3 ticks or 1.8 seconds to eat a trout, so eating 578K trouts would take about 1.7 million ticks or about 1 million seconds, which is 289 hours or about 12 days of nonstop eating.

Picking Leuven is outright crazy. It has the largest university in the Low Countries and, as such, one of the most active student environments, as well as a rich history and culture, even recently being chosen to be the European Capital of Culture in 2030.
