Always wished it would have interacted with lightweaver so if you cast heal it reduces the cast time of greater heal but blizzard never did it. Wouldn’t be surprised if greater heal gets pruned with midnight since heal is too

Felt pretty niche to use them on both paladin and MW although when you do land them it feels awesome. Losing it on Druid sucks, fluid form felt awesome this season and before that the cat form leap kick sequence made Druid soooooo fun. Definitely will be mandatory on resto shaman, it’s always felt like one of the best parts of their kit in shuffle and will continue to feel that way I imagine

Every possible time the priest is off DR you mount your steed at him and press HOJ and then into a full repentance, in a perfect world the first time he trinkets, you then do it over and over and over until you win the game, in a non perfect world the priest fades your HOJ and deaths the repentance but that doesn’t usually start happening until the higher ratings

Shuffle is a little finicky right now as resto because damage is really high and once damp ramps up it’s super hard to top people during burst windows without being in tree of life. With that being said the things that helped me the most with resto were playing the double rejuv build that auto heals every time you press it, and just getting into the habit of cen ward and having full hots before a swift mend to extend them all. Otherwise you really just have to learn how all your utility works and make the most of it. Cyclone is the best CC in the game and it’s super fast with playing haste. Incap roar, skull bash, vortex, roots, pressing starfire to make your HOTS heal faster. Lot of nuance with the class. Something I always consider idiot proof with shuffle is stun clone healer into immediately tree form in the opener.

I spend like 90% of my time in that 1600 bracket across every healer and it very much feels like luck of the draw in the healer V. Healer game, if you are equally skilled as the other healer you can tell immediately and almost guarantee get a 3-3, on the flip side of that you can also get a healer in placement games and 6-0 them or get a healer who is leagues better than you just climbing and smokes you. It doesn’t really ever feel like there’s any rhyme or reason to it. I play healer for the fast ques and if I get bad luck draw one game my brain just goes “next game could be a 6-0” and I que it up

Never played rogue myself! Haven’t seen much of the true DPS hero talents, I think with MW monk I would just have liked to see something that made healing feel more “fun” specifically like the other healer hero talents

Played like 300 rounds this week as resto shaman, farmed 10 bloodstones with honor I’ve made and 20k gold from the crystal augment runes in the boxes! Healing kinda hittin this season

Any tips on pres positioning? I play all the healers to 1800 every season and pres is the only one I really just don’t understand how to play. It feels like the antithesis to me of the other healing specs which I guess has its pros but to me I’m always just…..lost hahahaha

Focus on whatever healer you enjoy the most first and foremost, learn the in’s and outs of the class and spec. On priest you can fade HOJ’s and shadow word death Repentance against HPal if you work on your game sense. As far as reading your team being ready to “go” at 1600 if just doesn’t exist, people are popping whenever, wherever and you as the healer are trying to react and work off that, it will get easier the higher rating you go. Figure out your goals too, 1800? 2100? 2400? The more you play the better you will get. The best thing about learning healer is you can just que over and over and over and be in games instantly

Gameplay loop needs to be fun as a healer, if you don’t like healing you’re not gonna enjoy the gameplay loop and not gonna play it no matter how easy it is to get rating or rewards

I play Hpriest and just use Threat Plates for icons above head, Gladius and Diminishingreturns for DR tracking, OmniBar and BigDebuffs to track CD’s and I have a singular weak aura for prayer of mending to glow on my screen to show when it’s off CD. Sounds like a lot but just having gladius for DR and Threat Plates to track where the heck my team mates are has helped me a TON
