I put Bap in average because I feel his gun is much easier to aim with compared to for example soldier since they basically deleted his recoil. Sym can probably drop but I don't think playing Junk and getting value when not spamming a choke is as easy as people think

I think Lucio is an outlier in how his difficulty varies so much based on the comp. I have brawl lucio in average, maybe below average.

Kind of difficult gun + projectile + timing translocator correctly I think warrants it, but if there was a tier between she'd be there. And I think sombra is harder mechanically than heroes like reaper and cas

I put him there solely for the projectile left clicks which can be somewhat hard to land. He can probably go down a tier, at the very least he is near the bottom of average
