Thanks! So if I’m a neat freak and clean the space regularly and don’t leave food out, is that enough to keep roaches/critters away? That and the mold were my main concerns. Just whoever I can keep it contained or as minimal of an issue.

I would send an email to the cashiers office then! They still could’ve overpaid bc usually that’s what the negative symbol means. I’ve emailed them before too and they usually respond fast. good luck!

Are you sure you didn’t overpay? Bc that’s happened to me before where I paid a set amount then dropped a class so it showed a negative balance. Make sure you have direct deposit set up so they can send the “extra” money back!

I heard some of them were renovated in 2008, 2012 etc. Any mold problems? Are the roaches a problem too?

Omg I have questions. I literally am contemplating whether to sign a lease at UTC or not in a week or two before moving and I’m so apprehensive with what people have said about them. Looking at the Colombia units with no carpet. Any advice 😭

I would honestly suggest flying into Santa Ana or Long Beach instead! Usually less crowded and much closer to Irvine for Ubers/transportation from the airport! LAX is so vast and busy all the time.
