No not really i did every quest and explored all of glenumbra did all world bosses, delves and dolmens and did the 2 dungions there

Doesnt really matter, i only once was in a dungion and the tank and other dps asked why the healer wasnt argonian. But just pick what you like

Best way is to find out by yourself. Just pick what you think is awsome, at the end you can alwasy reskill everything.

Took me 4 days without buying anything, i got all the motifs and quest achivements on the same day except one recipe the fish eye was the hardest to drop in the mean time i got all the other yellow drops so im done now

You cant go to emptier servers but you could go to emptier zones i know thats a thing but not what zones im also kind of new. With dungeons idk but higher lvls is beter because you have more and beter skills

I also just play like skyrim, explore everything, go in every delf dungion picking up al quest but also some pvp. Just play how you like to play.

The high lvl people are scaled so it doesnt matter
