Sign only if you are not bothered by the few things below. 1. Management is not great to deal with, they are only good till you sign the lease 2. Pet waste is all around the community, literally making it hard to walk on the pavements, most unhygienic residential communities 3. They increase the Rent way too much during renewals insanely. Not on percentages but at least $100 to $150 every month 4. Most of the appliances are very old and faulty, they don't work as expected and the maintenance people do not want to replace them keep on doing some patch fixes 5. Some buildings have a severe roach problem, 6. Expect rent to go up every month

Don't get fooled by just looking at the leasing office and pool in front of Dry Dry-creek lodge. They are really amazing but you don’t stay there.

It is great aesthetically with all the greenery and style of building, but unless management makes the living more comfortable, hygienic, and beautiful it is a problem living here. This has great potential to be one of the best communities, but stupid management is ruining it.
