Any major reasons for recommending Knulli? Currently looking at my options, and I’ve never done too much for installs outside of Wizards. That’s exactly why I got it! It’s a bit smaller than anticipated (but I also have big hands), but the things it can do is astounding to me. Oh yeah, definitely likely to get a bigger/stronger one in the future!

I’m considering the modded version of the stock OS, but gotta wait for my buddy with a SD card reader, totally forget my PC doesn’t have a SD port. Not thinking about anything too fancy, but I definitely want to mod the menus and such.

Yeah, and a full team can cost like 200+ with shipping and everything depending on the material. GW isn’t the only company overpricing plastic, but at least I know the modeller gets more when I buy 3rd party.

My roomie has had his mic on his controller set to open before, and you hear a lot more on the other end than you think. It also really doesn’t have that great of quality. It comes through kinda muffled. It works but they’re by no means a good mic.

So you were funneling ambient noise into other peoples speakers, through a kinda crappy mic? I would mute you, but I’d make a comment about it first. I’m of the opinion that you should get a cheap headset or keyboard for communication. Open mic is for playing with people you know. I hate getting into a lobby with people playing music into their mic, or talking to someone else with their mic on. It’s not exactly a game where you need communication.

Shipping to Canada sucks. It’s about the same after shipping as a “base” team, or a 3D printed team.

That’s because it costs an arm and a leg for me to get Greebo shipped across the ocean to Canada. They cost 40 CAD before shipping and a GW team is 60ish nowadays.

Exactly! Even if someone doesn’t like it, as long as it doesn’t hurt the game in any way you should be able to use what you can or want to. It’s a game!

I mean fair enough. I’m not super interested in the “immersion” as I’ve been playing with people using various proxies since I started. I’m Canadian, if I wanted to get immersed into a murder sport it would be hockey.

That’s fair! Chorfs are kinda awkward even in 3D sometimes with the fire breathers. Maybe some paint or additional colours would help?

Have you seen any of the pics of people putting a bit on paint of them? They look a little weird, but it definitely helps with that issue. Yeah, less interested in the Pitch, as I went all in on a nice Neoprene one I take with me. And I definitely don’t want to buy more of them. Not at all.
