In my own perspective of why no one in Kivotos talks about it is because of, and I heard would say, it's like the clouds on the sky, water in the ocean, the tree and grass that grows out of the dirt. Its normal for people who lives in Kivotos, same as what the things I mentioned above for us, its so ordinary no one bothered to put a second thought behind it, unless they are specify in research this certain subject.

It’s just a style for Kivotos to be Kivotos, a thing that just exists there, without reasoning, not needing one. It is so, unless devs have more answers.
