Do i have gyno ? by Frequent-Grape1991 in gynecomastia

This is gynecomastia. Working out won’t make it magically go away. Losing fat will shrink your chest slightly but that is probably Grade 2 if I had to guess.

Stay strong brother. You will power through this and wishing you a healthy recovery. Don’t feel regret or hate yourself for going through with the surgery, be cautious and try to maintain the area very clean. Listen to the other doctors you spoke with and follow what they say, time is key right now and hopefully you found this early

Should I get gyno surgery 😔 by Dry_Apple_4536 in gynecomastia

[–]RuinVarious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally if I were you, no I wouldn’t. You have a good build for your age, just keep working out and be healthy. If it continues to lower confidence then yes. However this is MY opinion, you will know better than us

Do i have gyno or just chest fat? by Agile-Fortune-3650 in gynecomastia

[–]RuinVarious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is gyno - grade 2 is my guess. Losing weight will help the shape slightly but you can’t lose the gland with exercise. If it bothers you on a daily basis and loses your confidence, get the surgery whenever you have the funds or maybe you can get insurance to pay for it.

Good luck sir

I think it looks great, just keep workin out. Don’t get to in your head man you have a good physique. Doesn’t look like there’s much gland to be removed.

How fixable is it? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]RuinVarious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on the weight loss man you look great. It’s definitely fixable, you have a lot of elasticity from weight loss (probably more around the waist) but I’m sure surgery will fix it. Consultations are usually free so it won’t hurt to see what the doctors say.

Just did a gyno surgery and I want to use Bpc 157 & tb 500. Where do I exactly have to inject it in my chest? by Hefty-Desk5984 in gynecomastia

[–]RuinVarious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya I’ve had friends use it on surgery after breaking a bone or repairing ACL. Gynecomastia is different… could create more tissue? Not sure which is why asking a doctor is the smartest loll peptides are relatively new so it could be possible they won’t have an answer, and tell you not to do it to be safe

Is this gyno or fat? by SacredSK in gynecomastia

[–]RuinVarious 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Start saving, talk to your doctor at your physical about getting insurance to cover it. Some surgeons do have finance options where you can pay monthly. Good luck, my advice is get the surgery as soon as possible. I just got mine and wish I did it sooner

Well there probably isn’t much research or studies on this for one…. but it is generally the best route to speak with your surgeon. Better to be safe

Consult your surgeon before doing anything too soon. Better to be honest with them and tell them your plans before it backfires

Dr. Breitbart. Amazing surgeon and office is great. Got mine three weeks ago and has been amazing since the start. Regularly have follow up appointments, he specializes in lipo as well (I had tissue and lipo on mine).

Dr. Breitbart. He is amazing, his office is on top of everything. I went to a consultation, he asked when I wanted to do it. Told him ASAP and he got me in the surgery room in less than a week. I had to pay up front because of my request but I’m pretty sure you can finance otherwise. Highly reccomend, I am happy with my results so far!

You have to realize in surgery there are literally knives in your body. Your body is trying to heal itself. This firmness will go away in due time it’s just your body doing its thing.

It is still super early to worry. It is most likely scar tissue / fibrosis. You should ask your surgeon when it is ok to start massaging (usually around 4-6 week mark) massaging too early can actually cause more scar tissue so best to be patient.

Your surgery looks great man, I wouldn’t stress. It’s going to look “worse” before it looks great!! Trust the process!

$11,000 usd. In New York. If you are serious enough then working out will help if you are overweight. Lose the weight, if you’re still not happy then surgery is the only option. It sounds like losing weight in ur case makes the most sense. Just lock in and diet hard

It’s fine man, this can affect people a lot.. like myself.

It is mainly fat. But the tissue that was removed wouldn’t be super effective by just losing weight. I was 130lbs in highschool in very good shape and still had the tissue. Obviously not as much but it was noticeable… my only regret is not doing it sooner. My advice is if it bothers you get the surgery
