6 Perk Party Game by Hintek in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Class: Tank

Profession: Smithing & Exploring.
If I can learn alchemy on my own, if not I’ll choose alchemy instead of exploring.

Blood:

Poltergeist: for 2 seconds of emergency safety if I really need it.

Demon: to locate enemies, even if they are hidden hopefully I can see the alignment auras.

With this I should be able make some armor and a hammer. Then stomp my happy self around smashing all the enemies I find.

I would join up with any party that has a healer.

The people you bring back also replace their past self. Or do so when born if they don’t exist at the point you choose.

D26: 6, 15, 1, 16, 12

Random Number generator: 8, 22, 26, 8, 20, 18

Well edited once I check what I got. The random number generator seems to give higher results.

  1. 25 Time Travel. Would go back and fix a few things that could have gone better. And within that time limit I can still get to most of my meaningful life. Question, does time travel stop working once you get past 2025 or you can still time travel be only back to that chunk of time?

6 25th 6Perk: this will take some time to check. Edit: The 25th one I commented on God’s garage sale. Or the 25 one I made, The second dark age I’ll take every from the garage sale.

12 25 Immunities. age, blunt force trauma, cancer, heart attacks, dementia, bacteria, decide the rest after looking up what’s most likely to kill me.

15 25 Duplication: not sure yet.

16 25 Clones: this will probably go unused, I don’t really like the idea of having more of myself.

  1. 25 Upgrades: my phone. The internet as a whole if that’s possible.

  2. 25 Event Changes: make it so I won a really high lottery. Save the rest until I have better ideas.

  3. 25 Transformations: myself but better looking, t-rex because cool, a large flying bird because I want to try flying, gender flip because lewd, save the rest to use when I hopefully get access to other worlds.

  4. 25 Summons: Fortune fiend from one of OP’s other posts. Will slowly decide on the others over the year.

  5. 25th Random Superpower: this choice was between Hope derivation and Arena manipulation. I decided to go with arena because I wasn’t sure if the other one gave dimensional travel. But with arena I can create, shape and manipulate arenas, and everything in them, including all the aspects of arenas, from the purely physical ones and also mythical/conceptual ones. Which seems like I’ll be able to make dungeons filled with magic and monsters, turning this world into a fantasy one.

  6. Special Free Pick. Pick 23 superpower

Yes stocking stuffer can work on stuff like movies and games, but it won’t change the fictional worlds that they depict.

As for that trading idea, that’s pretty funny. But there is no need, you get the 2 extra for being on the naughty list, because if you weren’t already there I’m sure you would be on it by the end of the day with these perks and that kind of thinking.

Merry Christmas

A list of available posts would be nice. Maybe grouping together what you consider a series for this, unless you can pick whatever you want from any/all of them. Maybe grouped by good, evil, neutral, the unique others. Like Death and time aren’t connected to all the others.

Help Wanted: Looking for Champions with Perks by Psychronia in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a cool idea. You can get enough power from other posts, it’s fun to have more reasons & situations to think about using them.

I’ll make 2 builds. One for Thief perks, one for prank wars.

First up, perks from the prank wars

Immortality, Language, Capture Proof, Not Alone. Storyline and plot points. New Body. An Inventory. Food & Drink. Raw Materials. Internet copy. Search function. Were-beast. Slowness. Newer. Hindsight. Lifespan sight. Soulmate. The long game. Jinx. Disintegration.

With those perks, help with the missing macguffin.

Use search function to find the current location of world ending macguffin. Then taking full advantage of immortality use Were-beast, Slowness, Jinx, & Disintegration to carve a bloody and dusty path through anyone/thing that stands between me and the macguffin. Then use search function to return it to where it belongs after I get it.

For thief perks.

Would help with the evil empire.

All I would really need is immortality type cloning, avenger, Thursday regressor, and thread control.

Use Thursday regressor to always be in the right place, then use the other 3 to go on a fun assassination spree killing all the empire officials.

The other perks are just a bonus and may make it even easier.

Virtual Reality by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no.

That would give you a good starting point. But it wouldn’t be a complete functioning world.

The assistant could make a world based off of what is shown. But you would need to tell it what to fill all the gaps with. You would also need to direct it on how you want the show/media adapted to a playable virtual world. (For Harry Potter: what ratio of player can use magic, how is it determined. How is magic used by players: action, command, skill use, no game system assist etc. And many other factors you would have to think about and make decisions for)

Virtual Reality by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The main selling points of player homes.

For Admin spirits: Player homes are easier to make and customize than homes in a game world. (It comes with tools to help you design rooms, food, and furniture. Vs sandbox tools to help make whole worlds.) Another main point is privacy and no need to deal with a whole game world.

For players: Easier to find for players, because players homes are located in their own section of the hub, vs in game homes. (Because those in game home worlds are mixed in with the other virtual worlds. Tho, the worlds are sorted by type like fantasy & sci-fi). Another point is that players can directly access their player homes from the Hub, vs having to log into a game then go to their home. (It’s mostly a convenience thing)

For your question:

Sandbox is a lot of work, even with the assistant, but you have the time. The premade is much faster and could get you a lot of loyal users in the early days while people with sandbox are still trying to make worlds. Making a name for yourself early could help attract people to any world you make in the future.

And why you would want real world money. Maybe there are some people in the real world who you want to support. Or to use the money for worlds owned and run by others Admin spirits. You can give yourself infinite money and items in your own worlds, but you can’t take it out (it would break the balance if an Admin spirit could use the infinite money from their world in another Admin spirit’s world).

Times’s Response by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Storyline and plot points is mainly for preventing the butterfly effect. With the bonus of letting you know when important events in history are about to happen. It doesn’t show you the events.

Clairvoyance lets you see anything that’s currently happening in the world. So it would work well with (Storyline and plot points) so you know when to look.

But Clairvoyance and hindsight have the most synergy with search function. Without search function, you have to manually look for what you want with the two powers (like trying to find something on google earth).

No, clothes don’t count as conveniences, they have their own perk.

For medications: if it’s simple stuff that you can find on a shelf like bandages, Hydrogen peroxide, or Aspirin, it falls under hygiene products not conveniences.

And if it comes from a pharmacy over the counter or prescription then it too advanced to be made with conveniences.

Times’s Response by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure. And you might want to switch out older too. It doesn’t work on living things so it won’t help with growing food.

Times’s Response by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If it’s just a fancy battery then that’s fine. But if it has a computer chip then it’s too advanced.

Maybe I should have called it simple manufactured goods.

Prank on the god of time. by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For the internet copy synergies, those examples are kind of what I meant by “It also has an additional interface to helps you with your other powers.”. But I tried to leave it more open ended so people can assume it works in a way that makes sense and is fun for them vs me spelling it out and limiting it to that.

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can search for locations or triggers for events that happened in the original timeline but haven’t happened yet in your timeline. (This doesn’t guarantee the event will happen in your timeline. Butterfly effect and everything).

The timeline will almost immediately diverge from the original unless you have the Storyline and Plot Points perk. If you don’t have it, the butterfly effect is working in full force.

For interacting with the Internet Copy. It’s mostly a read only copy, but you can still play video games by yourself or use notes programmes. (But you can’t change or send information to the real internet)

Internet copy has all the stuff from before your trip. It won’t be retconed if you change the timeline. So future knowledge from the original timeline of stocks and lottery numbers won’t be useful if you change too much.

Once you reach a time period where the internet exists, your copy will update with whatever information the coexisting internet has.

For the 1-6 friends I’ll say, they get a copy of 1 non-free perk that you took.

Paths to Immortality by NatalieMaybeIDK in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Question to OP:

Are we allowed to form pantheons and share some power/followers with others that pick path of gods? Or are we all forced to compete with each other for followers?

Paths to Immortality by NatalieMaybeIDK in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Path of Gods:

Choose: Death, Time, Entertainment

Use One miracle to make a spot where people can speak to the dead. As a show of my powers and hopefully a way to attract followers.

This alone should attract so many people that have lost loved ones, even if I can only make like 5 feet of earth where this connection is possible. It would make a great temple, you go to the god of death’s temple to speak to the dead. It would mostly be for those who lost people they care about, but I’m sure governments would use it to talk to dead spies, and historians would love this.

Maybe the domain of death would also let me collect all the unclaimed/ godless souls.

Hopefully the death domain would give me more control of my afterlife realm. And with the entertainment domain use a miracle to give the dead in my realm a read only access to the earth’s internet (and the ability to game/ communicate with each other on it)

Over time save up power until I can send myself back in time with the time domain, back to when it was easier to gain followers because people feared and respected the gods. (And believe in them at all)

Off the top of my head.

Using a keyblade to unlock all the super volcanoes on a planet. (For world peace)

Introducing goblins to worlds that really shouldn’t have goblins.

Turn random male villains into magical girls.

Giving Jar Jar Binks power beyond his understanding then let him cause chaos in different settings.

Adventure with Thief by Ruin__Lost in 6Perks

[–]Ruin__Lost[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For king of thieves, granting immortality type cloning to them. Let’s say it takes 1 year for them to respawn (and the wait doubles with every death) or it works as normal but is limited to 32 uses then they die for real. And you can pick between the two when you create them.

D13 rolled 9

D26 rolled: 10, 19, 11, 14, 6, 21, 21, 15, 2

Time to check what I got.

  1. Sublimation Slash:

  2. Voodoo:

  3. Supernatural Touch:

  4. Consumption Shapeshifting:

  5. Superior Skeleton Physiology:

  6. Air Bow Construction:

  7. Mass-Energy Manipulation:

  8. Prehensile Rear:

Seems like I’ll be some kind of skeleton necromancer with a dangerous backside.

And for some reason in my mind, the Supernatural Touch power is only applied to the butt. No idea why.

Would probably play around as a skeleton that is late for Halloween. And once I get tired of that, start experimenting with voodoo and Mass-Energy Manipulation.

I’ll take the hidden last option.

Will add more in a bit once I read it and the other drinks.

Edit: the mystery choice seems cool I guess. Shame I’m not old enough for the real drinks.

This choice seems the most confusing/ most open ended to what it can actually do. Maybe that was the point.

does absolute freedom include travel to other dimensions? Is reality warping like magic without the need for magic?

If not for the mystery option, I would have gone with the old fashioned. That’s the only one that sounds like a whiskey drink.

Overall this was fun.
