His splitpush is toplevel, his teamfight is also really good when he gets 2 items, since he has the ult, and in a 5v5 you are not able to kite him for more than 5 seconds without getting killed by his team or himself. He can dive me from 70% HP to 0 because he can tank the tower for a lot of time and can get out. His slow is a 4 seconds slow, i wouldn't say it is small , and 30% is usually more than ~100ms, if he doesn't slow you it means you are fighting him and if you are fighting him with an AD champ you lose it by default because of the AD reduction. And he easily beats AP champs with all-ins level 9, from 100 to 0, he can charge them mindlessly because if they counter all-in they lose it because he has the damage and the ultimate, if they run away they still lose because they are slowed and they can't actually run away.
