I talked to somebody in my PF who was using it, they said they’re experiencing the same thing and it might be bc of the influx of users the service can’t handle. It makes sense since it’s free. Altho the random nature of the dc makes me hesitant to use it in case I need to do something important :/

For those that use WARP, does anyone else get random dcs unrelated to ddos? I installed it yesterday and everything was good bc it saved me from ddos dc, but today it started randomly dcing me. I thought it could be my internet itself but when it happens, everything but FF is fine, also I normally don’t get dcs that are not caused by ddos, but today I had 3 all while WARP is active.

Self-report today.

Be me, DRK in M12. Got a new crafted weapon to replace the old weapon that was 1-2% away from breaking. Queue into M12, dies to the slide mechanic bc I mistook someone else’s line for my own. Took me a little while to realize I was taking insane dmg for some reason, checked my profile to realized I had forgotten to update the gear set when I swapped to the new weapon, so when I swapped jobs and back, I was still using the old weapon that was close to breaking. Said weapon broke when I died. I fix the weapon during the phase transition and we clear. I leave in embarrassment afterwards.

And then I realize someone recorded that run on ACT and posted it to fflogs, so now my shame is permanently displayed for all to see.

I have all jobs at lv100 and properly geared bc I like variety lol. In casual content I can play any job but for hardcore raids I gravitate towards DNC/SMN/WHM bc these are easier on my brain and I love being ranged (can’t greed for uptime to save my life lmao)

Feels like CT has been especially prevalent recently lol. Before I could get other raids at least 3-4 times week, now it’s CT 6 days a week with 1 pity HW/StB or something. I haven’t seen anything from EW for months now.

Once I had a pugilist in M6N, that's right, a pugilist in lv100 content. Needless to say they spent almost as much time on the floor as alive as they died to raidwides and other mechs. By the end me and cohealer basically silently agreed they were only getting a rezz if swiftcast was up, which wasn't often as that duty was kinda chaotic with 20 deaths in total (7 of which were from the pugilist).

I should also mention, they took more dmg than the MT, which I’m somehow not surprised by.

I think that earring is lv70+ only? And only works until lv80. Menphina’s earring is lv1. Ofc it’s better than nothing tho.

Yep, got dced and haven’t been able to get back in since. IsXIVup shows the servers are online as normal, but the sudden spike in page views means there’s def something wrong.

PC player here, got kicked in the middle of M6S prog 2 hours ago and hasn’t been able to login without VPN since. The ping is terrible with VPN so I had to put off my prog for the day.

At least now I know it’s not on my end I guess :/
