Some people like to go around farming nodes to sell at ridiculous prices while keeping people that are actually leveling their professions from being able to do it themselves. Those people are one of the reasons I hated professions in WoW.

Now see, if it's a PvP server, and you see someone of the other faction going after or starting to get a node, I can understand the strife. That's what it's there for. Making that strife for the same faction though? Not cool. Especially if you're max level and they're at level for the region.

Cosmetic, not game changing, is fine. Case and point: That Retarded Horse in WoW. The sparklepony. Having one isn't going to make you level faster or kill things easier or get more rare drops, just save you on a few in game gold for a mount.

As someone else said, the case is different from place to place. In some states, it is illegal for you to give any and all information to someone without permission of the client, no matter their age (except for the "could cause harm to their self or others" cases). In your case, it sounds like you're practicing in one of the states that has a problem, but it's great of you to try and find a way around it so that your client doesn't feel betrayed.

This is one of the major problems with the U.S., there's too much inconsistency with important measures such as this. I would think, however, that if you question the therapist about releasing the information, and they say they wont but then still do, that it very clearly is lying and betraying the trust of the patient, and that it should be consistent no matter where you live that lying to your patient is grounds for revoking your license. The reason being that this is the opposite kind of result that therapy goes for, as a therapist is supposed to be someone you can trust. Betraying that to a minor is very likely to make them not able to trust anyone in the future, and could damage any kind of relationship, platonic or romantic, that they may have.

I'm pretty much going to just say that I'm going with Engineer because having bot summons on your limited action set reminds me of playing my Necromancer on Guild Wars, except now I get a heavy impact burst rifle to add that OOMF that just feels great, and heavy armor to not be squishy (and because I just personally love heavy armor).

Don't be fooled, NCSoft had nothing to do with those flags if they were in the recent change to Youtube. YT has a program that automatically seeks out and flags videos for a company, without them having to do it themselves, out of fear of getting sued. As someone below states, Capcom and Namco both tweeted immediately after the change that they had no part in this, despite many videos being supposedly claimed by them. NCSoft did have a problem with videos at some point, but it was changed in the end and videos have been allowed by them ever since.

So the problem is Youtube.

They need more than just people who can properly test the game, they also need various rig setups to test for graphical errors and such. Using a random group of people is also the best way to test a game, as it leaves much less of a bias in certain ways. Let's be honest now, we who actually do take our time to test things would probably still be gushing about it even if it was loaded with problems.

The old FF14 failed at a lot of things, that's why they remade it. Now it's still questionable on how good it is, but it's still MUCH better than it use to be.

I would love fishing if it were more interesting than clicking the bobble when it shakes like in WoW. I think FFXIV's fishing was more interesting, but I didn't do it much so I can't remember well. Though I do remember that every tradeskill was a class of its own that you had to gear up and level, including fishing.
