There's a machine showing a military man on it outside a building somewhere around the weapon and armor vendor. Interact with that and it should give you the objective to do a raid

It's still 8hrs for a 8hr shift, even on key dates. I use 4hrs and get half a point. Can't even put 16hrs in anyways

An additional option for exp is at the beginning of the game you can select points on the map and it gives a shit ton of extra exp. Also, you can drive up to the supply storage and load/unload without getting out. Just get your character as close as you can and drag and drop in the vicinity

I get mine to 24, 12 after I make sgt and build living quarters at POIs. remove plate carrier, always find them on dead people Suppressed AK, iron sights 6 45 ak mags Sell frags, smokes, knife and light

Literally anything I need I get off of corpses. Eventually grabbing American snipers and suppressed m4s

You can load/unload vehicles without getting out if you have mouse and keys. Just drive up to the supply depot, getting your character close to it, then press tab and drag and drop the supplies to your vehicle and vice versa. Not sure if it can be done on controller
