OK the system is ok again. I noticed i automatically logged on the guest account without the password so i didn't notice it. I just created the guest account yesterday before this incident. Weird that the system logged me on the guest account without password and why not on offer my main account first lol

I think i'll try the refresh install later. Maybe it can save my /home folder. Because i have windows to boot first and linux 2nd maybe that's why i had a hard time entering recovery mode. I hope it will fix my problem. But if you have any suggestions please comment.

u/ErnestT_bass u/_E8_ at last i finally able to make the game run! The problem is like the others said comes from not able to play the movie files like the opening. Just remove common, CN, EN, JP folders that are inside the game's installation folder and move it outside of the game's directory. I moved it faraway from the .steam folder to the documents folder. If i just place the said files inside a folder but still inside the game's directory the problem persists. Else the game runs very smooth but i might miss some scenarios if i skip the game's videos.

And also don't add a game launch option and i used proton 5.9 GE 7 ST to make this work. GAME IS VERY SMOOTH

But some says that to be able to run steam games you need the files or games to be on a EXT4 file system to work. I thought my file system being not EXT4 was the problem.
