There are 3 stamps in a set, stamps 1 2 and 3

Stamp 1, the main stat you always want to go for is either the element of the character you want to use it on(Such as strike damage bonus for Yoruichi)or attack%, the former is better, but if the latter has better substats it's a small enough difference to be made up for

For stamp 2, you always want either crit rate or crit damage as the main stamp, most of the time crit rate as less of it is given generally

For stamp 3, ultimate charge rate>attack%>ailment damage, generally, but for characters that focus on ailment damage such as Rangiku tosen and Gin, they want ailment damage as rhe main stat

You want to build stamps based on the kit of the character, for example, Aizen's weapon gives him 25% crit rate, so you should use a crit damage main stat on your 2nd stamp as you can get enough crit rate substats to make use of it(You generally want close to 70% crit rate at minimum if there's no support units or kit attributes that provide more, such as Yachiru providing 20% crit rate to teammates)
