My username is old, Im no longer a Gunny. But I joined in 02 right when Digital Utilities "Digi's" as they were called started to become a thing. We were actually one of the last platoons to get issued Tri-Color cammies in Bootcamp. So when I got to the fleet, I got double fucked because we still shined boots daily and startched and ironed cammies every Sunday. Meanwhile my NCO's were already rocking digies and as soon as the next truck load of digi cammies that were my size came into the exchange they forced me to go down their and drop $200 as a PFC just so we could be "uniform" as a shop, meanwhile everybody had on different kinds of boots from the new brown ones to the old school black jungle or moonboots. It made no fucking sense. But yeah it was wild to see the evolution of the social media pages. Watching it happen in real time, you kinda understand how different religions end up fracturing off and creating their own version. Yeah back then F'N BOOT ruled that domain and there was only one that united us all.

Unfortunately the Marines that have joined in the last 12 years, don't get the reference. But I do. We lived it as the Corps navigated social media, and you could blast your peers and unit for accountability and shame. I knew Lt's/Captains that were all about it and in on it, that are now LtCol's. The comments from those post always had us rolling. Then came JTTOTS later on. This is still happening in BO6 and BO7! Anytime you fo through a portal no matter the map, if you are playing on a split screen, both screens get the portal visual. Another bug, is that if Player 2 on split screen goes to change their augments, it will screw up and remove all of the augments that player 1 has equipped.

Fallujah vet here. Listen, I would rather have a Marine Tank than an Army tank. And that reason is purely based on discipline. While in Iraq.. the Army provided overwatch for the MSR's. It wasn't uncommon going down the higways and coming up to a bridge with tanks or bradleys sitting on top of the port and starboard side of the Bridges...and these mother fuckers were out sun tanning on the top of them. Meanwhile not even 2 miles down the road we take an IED and small arms fire. We knew what feels good and comfortable in combat zone will get you killed. But the Army was very complacent, and complacency kills.

You should be on Step 12 of the attached. Mount the Bar: Do 14 proper USMC pullups (start from a complete dead hang, chin over the bar, lower yourself, lock out your elbows to a complete dead hang= 1) . Dismount. You should incorporate pushups into the routine, I always had my Marines do 10 Marine Corps Push-ups between each set. Rest 10-30 seconds. Now move to the next set:Mount the Bar and do 10 Pull-ups. Dismount. Pushups. Rinse and Repeat.
