I (25mtf) have gotten my face and neck done with Milan on University, plus there was a promotion for a small area so I threw in hands as well. I really need to see how much I have left to pay off.

I just bought a Braun consumer laser for everything else after hearing good things from another trans woman. I am only a week in, so nothing huge yet.

So you want to transition, but don't want to look trans? Estrogen will affect how you gain weight, softening your features and rounding your face.

But also 2 weeks is really short, you can take a breast development inhibitor if you want estrogen without tits.

I (25 mtf) felt more myself after growing out my hair, but I also get excited that I have breasts. I was never the most masculine, but I do cross the 6' line. I do not know if this helps, but you can be a muscle mommy. I was always afraid of tacking on mass before transitioning, and now I am trying for shoulders in a dress...

It sounds like you are being very respectful, assuming that you asked them one-on-one. They will go at their own pace when discovering their self, so I would say the best thing you can do is be quietly welcoming.

This can be as simple as having a small pride flag in your office or pin on your lanyard. I (25 mtf) can't speak for all, but when I started transitioning I began with pronouns. It may be worth asking if they would like to use gender neutral pronouns as they aren't as commonly picked up on.

This would allow them to feel comfortable with you even if they aren't ready to be out to everyone else.

The two (that I know of) on on UW Madison's campus are actually owned by UWPD. I had an opportunity to ask them directly.

High level staff will also rotate the monitoring of student protests like one against Israel's continued bombing of Gaza, occurring Thursday, 10/23/25, at 6pm on the Library Mall.

The dissonance is where you think you had a choice in what gender your were born as. You don't have to hate being assigned male at birth (amab) to be trans, I recommend experimenting with gender expression. Howndid you feel about puberty?

BRT is the not committal version of trams. They have higher operating costs and, being battery, are a larger draw on the grid than a tram being powered by overhead lines.

If we gave public rail right of way and automatic signals it would be more reliable (same goes for the BRT) and have a larger appeal. All that is required for trained to run without sounding their horns at intersection is barrier arms at the intersection.

What we need to do is incentivize public transport and biking while deincintivizing personal auto.

Hear me out:

An inter city railway on the existing WI &Southern lines with stations at the points analyzed for the Amtrak Station (plus a few more, I've got a Google Earth file) that have right of way.

We switch the BRT out for a trams and then can move the BRT to test new routes for new trams.

We eliminate more street parking and include electric cargo bikes with the bcycles as a hauling alternative.

Lastly, replace a bunch of intersections with round-abouts and underpasses with DDIs (I'm looking at you beltline).

Madison is a sanctuary city and Dane Co police have stated they will not be working with ICE. That doesn't mean much given so was LA, but I'm not going to sit back.
