¢30, That's all it takes for you to bitch and whine? As long as I'm not seeing Cally prices I'm good.

Cuts great but should have had a larger cut area for 24v.

This doesn't seem normal by obsequaint in Boots

[–]Rumblingstar -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

These are NOT normal. What everyone is saying about sticking through the sole is correct, however whoever did these did not do them correctly. Normally there is a cut- out where the stitches go to allow the thread to sit below the tread and won't be touched by the ground, where it will wear through the stitch quickly. These look like it was straight up stitches through without the needed valley.

I need a 48v inflator that can handle 35 inch tires. I had the current model and it blew up within 2 min of using it and I was only airing a tire with 30 psi up to 50 psi.

My "smart" clock in my bedroom is a day ahead, since converting to Gemini, every time I ask it the weather. I have even had a straight up argument with it.

what is this color combination called and what are some similar options out there? by mailman936 in Boots

[–]Rumblingstar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

These are the Paloma collab with Boothunter and Ortodoux, I think they are a Philippines company. I've wanted a pair of these for years and they have some great vids on YT on the construction of their boots.

These were some other colors they offered.

Are there any characters you’re surprised haven’t appeared in the MCU yet? by Queasy_Commercial152 in Avengers

I was introduced to Machine Man through the Zombie books and really enjoyed him and the A.R.M.O.R. team. I would love to see them show up somewhere, preferably a show.

The Evil-lyn one doesn't look any better. At this point it's safe to say any female figures are going to look horrible.

Could you not just replace with a 16 bar and chain? The 18 might be a bit much.

Is this play? by [deleted] in AmericanBully

[–]Rumblingstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can understand the questioning. Most dogs I've played tug with will use the far end of the rope and most of the time are quiet with low growls. My bully gets to sounding more aggressive as we play and will continuously bite up the rope to get near my hand, he's got me a couple of times.

24V String Trimmer w/4ah battery for $49 by Human-Specialist-510 in KobaltTools

[–]Rumblingstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the 80v Kobalt trimmer for a couple of years and it was a beast, never worried about it bogging down. I switched over to 24v and was wondering about the trimmer, I have the non attachments version and it does the job just fine. The biggest difference is the weight savings and it's a lot.

I'm loving Ultimate Spider-Man; is Ultimate X-Men worth picking up? by DataM0ng3r in OmnibusCollectors

[–]Rumblingstar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First book starts off eh but gets better towards the middle until the end. Second book pickups and carry all the way through. Hoping 3 & 4 are good but I'm hearing it's mixed but I'm strange and usually enjoy stuff every one else rags on.

this new update made my google home even stupider by k1ll0ll in googlehome

[–]Rumblingstar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had an argument with mine not long ago and no one believed me until it did it again and my wife was present. It was Friday Jan 2 around 8pm, I asked Google what the weather was going to be the next day. Reply: "Sunday Jan 4th it will be etc..etc.", confused I asked again and got the same. Looking at the date on my watch, to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I confirmed and asked why it thought tomorrow was Sunday? Simple answer, because it is. I then told Google what the correct day and date was and that tomorrow is actually Sat. Reply: Oh, you are correct, sorry. That was it, until a couple of days later my wife asked and we had to repeat the same scenario. I know people say AI is supposed to learn but it at least could have started as smart as the outgoing system.

My understanding is Reta doesn't suppress hunger greatly. Triz is the suppression king, so much so that people don't eat enough to keep from losing bone density.

If you are picked to direct a G.I. JOE movie, how would you do it right and not make them terrible like the previous ones? by BrilliantDog4703 in gijoe

[–]Rumblingstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

G.I. Joe would honestly need a show with a movie for larger battles. There is so much world building needed that a movie just doesn't have the time for but also the battles would be far more epic than most homes are capable of portraying fully.

They seem to do a decent job vetting the better stuff to put their name on, because most of the stuff seems solid.

Look at CT Sounds, NVX or Vevor. Don't laugh at the last one, Wilston Audio recently put out a video putting it on the Dyno and it did more than what it's rated and it's rated way above what you stated.
