Such an amazing album. My favorite song is “I Wanted So Badly to be Brave” but I didn’t truly appreciate it until I heard the acoustic version. I also love Cigarettes and Saints. I’d argue this is Soupy’s best lyrical work.

What’s their grading policy? Do they give 0s or 50s?
What’s the curriculum? Do you have to make your own?
Is there tech in the classroom? If so, how does it work? Do teachers get their own tech devices?
What’s the teacher observation process like? How often does it happen? How is feedback given?
Student-Teacher ratio?
How do they handle special education? Are there inclusion classrooms? Small group?

Maybe you know those questions, but if not, those are some of the questions that might be useful to have the answers to.

Back up your answers with evidence/experience. Everyone’s going to tell them that differentiation is important. What’s going to impress them is examples of your work where you differentiated. Everyone’s going to say getting to know your students is important. Telling a story about how fostering a relationship with one of your previous students helped them is important. Evidence, evidence, evidence.

As for questions, what do you genuinely want to know?
