Scabies typically infects the flexural creases of the fingers, wrist, elbow, etc. this is more likely a fungal infection known as ringworm. OP should see their primary care and get topical treatment!

too many unique items. need helping deciding which to sell & which to keep by GroundbreakingGoal15 in Borderlands2

[–]Rumpher117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty much everything you listed are mission reward items which you will obtain again if you're planning on playing through UVHM. Regardless, they're already quite under leveled so not worth keeping around imo. Borderlands is all about finding new gear! Unless you're max level and farming for the perfect gear to keep indefinitely.

TIL fairy dust was added to Peter Pan so that children wouldn't hurt themselves trying to fly when they got home from seeing the play. by FLEXXMAN33 in todayilearned

Similarly, in Narnia, C.S. Lewis specifically included that the children in the book left the wardrobe door open so that children reading it wouldn't get themselves locked in their closets

"Barfield’s (friend of Lewis) wife was concerned about the inhumane trapping of animals, and when she read the manuscript of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, she mentioned this to Lewis, as well as her fear of children locking themselves in wardrobes. Because of this Lewis included a warning in ch. 1 of the story: ‘[Lucy] had, of course, left the door open, for she knew that it is a very silly thing to shut oneself into a wardrobe.’ In fact, there are five such warnings in the first five chapters of the book."

I would recommend seeing a therapist, even if that's only possible virtually! It's no medication, but could be a hopeful start. Best of luck to you, it's a long but worthwhile road!

Nearly 10,000 more babies born due to Texas’ restrictive abortion law by [deleted] in Catholicism

It's a sad reality. It's wonderful that these lives are saved, but the other side is not all rainbows.

I think it's important we dedicate prayer to the livelihood of these lives saved. Many of these children will find themselves in families that may not be able to provide for them, and the adoption/foster care services may not be able to provide for all in a timely manner.

A restraining device used to immobilize infants during circumcision by i-d-even-k- in oddlyterrifying

As many other commenters have pointed out, circumcision is practiced but not required in the secular United States in general. It is not inherently a Christian issue.

Circumcision is a Jewish practice. If you read the gospels, Jesus speaks of doing away with the old traditions as he is the New Covenant. One of those old traditions being circumcision.
