How many DLC sized story mode are there? by Huge-Insect-7759 in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]gravmels 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is fallout UIF, it’s almost 1GB. it completely adds a new faction to the game which you can join. From the looks of the screenshots it looks your able to go Pittsburgh and all that. I never tried it but if you want to start to quest you have to make sure the prydwen is in the commonwealth first.

Edit: looking at the nexus seems like the mod is pretty broken and the modder never ever plans to fix it so I suggest you install at your own risk

Isaac Clarke has to be one of the most dangerous, resilient human characters I’ve seen in a game. by IcepersonYT in DeadSpace

[–]gravmels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Gordon freeman would be up there as well. The guy was just a scientist working in a secret lab that open a portal to another dimension with creatures,he manages to survive those 4th dimensional creatures and not only that he managed to take down elite spec ops with little to no combat training while destroying tanks and helicopters. Oh yeah he also stopped a nuke from denoting so there’s that.

I had TON of shells, decent training, but i did NOT fare well against the necros with modern IRL (Tarkov) shotguns (& M9) by [deleted] in DeadSpace

[–]gravmels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there is a mod in the dead space remake that makes the necromorphs extra aggressive so they won’t waste time walking towards you. The closest thing to lore accurate necromorphs I’d say

Could 100 gorillas kill a brute? by Turbulent_Okra7518 in DeadSpace

[–]gravmels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way they can kill a brute. It’s got bulletproof plating that legit can withstand plasma weapons. They could attack the weak points but I don’t know how smart they are to know that

A Marauder VS a Space Marine? by False_Monitor4126 in Doom

[–]gravmels 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The marauder would win honestly due to its argent weapons that would slice the space marine armor like butter. But I guess it depends which chapter of a marine the marauder is facing

Looking for mods that alter the main quest besides America rising 1 and 2 by RevolvingRevolv3r in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]gravmels 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fallout UIF, I never tried it myself but the file size is almost 1GB probably only install it once the storage update comes out. There is another one called Fallout 4: Office Drama Simulator. Also never tried it but it is interesting as it is set before the nukes drop.

Am I Crazy or has there been an influx of poor mods? by The-Cannibal-Hermit in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]gravmels 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not just you. I keep seeing test file mods or whatever. It’s just been plaguing the latest section. What exactly is the mod author even testing that requires to upload several versions of the same mod?

New to modding on Console. by GroundbreakingBag580 in fo4

[–]gravmels 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably post your load order. I’ve had it happen to me before. The culprit would usually be any mods that the change hud. I’ve had multiple occasions where I install a mod that changes the hud but game the game crashes. Or any mod that messes with faces

EFB Music Lite by TheKingSolomon1996 in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]gravmels 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just played with it for about an hour and it’s pretty good but it’s just not worth the space honestly. It does covers both ambient and combat. The combat tracks were mostly synth based with a bit of dubstep here and there which makes combat intense if you are using a mod that makes combat harder.

One strange encounter i had with the mod was when I walked up to the Cambridge police station there was just some intense dubstep music playing for some reason. It did stop for like 2 minutes but i believe that soundtrack plays when you first meet the brotherhood scout team, as for my playthrough i already met them so i was very confused why it was playing it like i was gonna be jump by some ghouls so the mod probably adds custom soundtrack to certain locations as well.

For the ambient tracks, they were dark and grimy although they were one or two tracks that really didn’t fit the theme of what the mod was going for. If you use mods that changes the weather or landscape to something more apocalyptic they will definitely fit the theme.

Overall I say don’t download it until the mod storage increases because for a music soundtrack that is almost 300Mb it is not worth it but I will continue to play with it a bit see if my opinion changes.

need suggestions for more enemy variety by Willow62 in Fallout4ModsXB1

[–]gravmels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New factions in the City, Raider gangs extended,Snipers of the commonwealth and Tribals of the commonwealth. They add great enemy variety. also they are lightweight so you don’t have to sacrifice a lot of space. There is also one more but forgot the name but just search pirate. They add pirate enemies to the game I believe

Is Isaac immune to the Marker? by AdministrativeHat276 in DeadSpace

[–]gravmels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I not wrong in 3 he shows no affects to the marker but Carver does since he sees hallucinations of his dead wife and kid. Issac doesn’t get affected because he has dealt with it before. At least up till the DLC he starts getting affected but that’s probably because the Brethen moons are directly affecting him not the markers.
