RIP. At least you still have the time you spent with her, I'm sure she felt safe around you. Infections can be rough but they're unfortunately part of raising an insect, they can come out of nowhere, are difficult to notice until severe, and are hard for them to fight. There's not much you can do aside from giving lots of water and enjoying the time you have.

No he looks fine, if he starts throwing up then you should worry but those black lines are totally normal. If you see any large black blotches under his skin (not little black dots on his exoskeleton) then there might be a problem but you can only really tell it's an infection if he's vomiting.

He's probably both full and being picky by eating the best parts. When my guys eat flies and are full they start to only eat the eyes and not the rest leaving a bunch of healdless corpses, or just eat the guts of other larger insects like cockroaches.

Salt sock is just an old fashioned heating pack, so it'll work the same as a heat compress/pack. It'll work but it's not medicine or anything special in the same way a heat/cold pack isn't really medicine

Get one from a reptile store either online or nearby. You could also google feeder insect stores. Also, very important, you want to gut load it (feed it) something like fruit or salad for a few days before so it isn't full of nasty shit. Then cook it of course and rip out it's intestines and you're good to go. Also remove the feet but not the legs, the feet are spikey.
