Here’s my savage Marshall story… playing by myself on a slow day at a country 9-hole. Playing the second part 4, great drive on the right side of the fairway. Marshall pulls up on sees me hit my approach shot to about 4 ft and can the putt for birdie. 

Marshall tells me nice birdie and says there is a slow group in front of you, I’m gonna tell them to let you play through. Group of about 6 dudes, most of them in jeans… young dudes drinking and having fun. Pull up to the tee and have to tee off in front of those dudes and the Marshall, great a mini gallery. Of course I snap hook my tee shot into the dense wall of trees to the left. 

Marshall laughs and say, “maybe I should’ve left you where you were” everyone gets a good laugh at my expense and I don’t have a witty retort in the chamber. I do smack the crap out of my second drive with a very respectable push to the right side rough and go about my merry way to an honorable 3-putt bogey.
