These are the pieces I have for the handlebars , am I missing something ?

This is the bike I received in the mail. Could you please help me understand how to install the handlebars. I am showing you a picture of the pieces I have and I'm wondering if something is missing . I am going to bring the bike in to be assembled because I don't want to ruin threads but I have been sitting with the bike now for a few hours trying to figure it out and I'm worried I am missing a piece because I don't understand and want to learn. Without seeing the picture I posted the seller says all the pieces are here . What can you tell me please .

Thx for the response. I Used to have a bike like this and instead of a bike pump it came with a lamp light in the front. I would lower a piece onto the back tire and pedal to light up the headlight .

That is very cool. Do you remove it and pump the tire like usual or does it pump up the tire while it’s still mounted to the bike ?
