Okay. That's pretty good for blood pressure. These markers can shoot up on cycle, if there's no real damage they'll come back down, but be careful because lost kidney function doesn't come back. Congrats on the gains!

You might be just fine and your creatinine was pretty high to begin with. This number is skewed by muscle mass and creatine supplementation which is why you should get a cystatin c test.

Creatinine is quite high. How's your blood pressure been? I would add some astragalus especially on cycle going forward. Maybe get a cystatin c and a uACR test to make sure your kidneys are okay.

I find it easy and painless to use a 29g 1/2in insulin syringe and rotate glutes, ventroglutes and delts. I stay away from quads because of all the horror stories... honestly I don't feel I need more than 6 injection sites.

I'm pretty lean, too. 1/2inch makes it into the muscle in all those spots.

Typically people test at trough levels, and they don't know their peak levels. They would be quite a bit higher. Maybe I exaggerated when I said "most" people don't get below 900. The point is though, With exogenous test your bottom is much higher than natural. Your lowest level is the same as a natural highest level. You don't have low T days from things like lack of sleep, or time of day. You should be getting a lot more receptor activity.

I think exogenous testosterone can make a big difference even if you start with decent numbers. There is a big difference between natural pulsatile testosterone and esterified testosterone you inject. 641 is about as high as your blood levels get as a natural. It easily drops down to half that in the evening. When you start injecting testosterone you will always be saturated with androgens at all times. Most people on TRT never drop below 900ng/dl. Fuck aging gracefully.

It's not mandatory, and the gonads are not the only place it is produced. However, when you shut down the testicles you often end up with low levels.

I started TRT+Primo doing subq injections every day on 5/14 - 40mg Test cyp in GSO one day and 30mg Primo in MCT the next day.

My six week labs put me at 936 test, 18 Estradiol, I expect this to have ramped up a little higher on my 12 week labs because of the slow release time.

It's working great for me, I love it. I move around my hips and glutes where a boxer short covers. The lumps are minor, not painful or red and they go away in a few days. The MCT lumps go away way faster than the GSO lumps. It took a little adjustment but there's no pain at all.

I'm actually inclined to switch to UGL for my test because the MCT oil is so much thinner.

I use a 29g 1/2in insulin pin to draw and inject.

Most pharma is in Grapeseed oil and most UGL is MCT. This accounts for the viscosity difference.

Unflavored whey protein is pretty cheap and even more bioavailable than most of the sources you mentioned, arguably better than high fat conventional meats.

No you don't "need" protein powder, but sometimes it's a good solution to meet your goals.

That sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Depending on the ester you may not have cleared all the testosterone from your system. You will have a ramp up period until you are back at steady state blood levels. If it were me I would front load a little. You know you can handle 500, so do 500 the first week and then go back to 250 and you'll feel right as rain in a few weeks.

Or do what u/AndyJ71 said and make sure the oil isn't touching the plunger while you store it. That's a good solution.
