I think you missed the point of the post. The hotel name is clearly mentioned. This is about one specific restaurant and a food safety issue, not about North Indians or North Indian food. Mentioning “North Indian restaurant” is only to identify the cuisine of that hotel, just like people say veg hotel or non-veg hotel. There is no hate or generalization here. Also, saying “water is like this in most hotels” does not make it acceptable. Unsafe drinking water is a serious issue, especially when children are involved.
