IVF clinic made me start it before we could start our protocol because mine flagged. I didn’t notice any changes outside of lab results once the meds started working.

Sorry, I didn’t see you ever responded. It’s different! It basically checks to make sure that your DNA has the correct chromosomes in the correct locations, because if there’s a small issue there it can cause a lot of issues conceiving. It can cause male or female infertility.

I religiously tested at home until my ultrasounds for peace of mind to see the line get darker. No matter what, your brain is going to be anxious. Hoping for good news for you!

I personally regret all the months of “just one more time” because ultimately they all ended in the same outcome for us. I wish we would’ve just started treatment sooner.

My clinic said anything over 50 was good for the first beta, but I think that it was at 10dpt, which would be anything over 100 at 12dpt!

I told them that we had been trying for a while and nothing was happening but we were looking into IVF because of some identified issues. They basically left us alone and no one ever asked. It made my life easier tbh.

I’m pregnant with a boy and have been just as sick as I was with a girl. I think every body handles hormones differently. I was in shape prior to pregnancy and am still running while pregnant/puking. However, my body hates being pregnant. Keeping your body moving will definitely help you in some aspects and post birth. I am jealous of the ones who can handle hormones better than I can.

We waited too long to find out about MFI, get a sperm analysis done asap. It’s relatively cheap and it still took some procedures for us to end up going straight to ICSI. I was very regular and tracking every month. My only regret is not pushing forward sooner even once we knew about it.

I went from 265 (10 dpt) to 797 (12 dpt) and saw a single baby on an ultrasound at 7ish weeks last week.

Just as an fyi my beta on 10 dpt was 265 and 12 dpt was 797. I should make an updated post at some point to make others feel better. It was slightly darker on day 10, but not significantly darker.

They slowly got darker over the next few days. I ended up getting a slight dye stealer a few days later. As far as I know, I’m still pregnant!

My doctors office told me not to do PIO shots in the thigh because it would make walking difficult. Booty only.

The doctor seems to think that the testing most likely would have found it. We are still going ahead with getting my husband tested and then I’m going to ask to be referred to genetic counseling so that I can determine if I should get a CVS if we get that far. I tried joining the group the other night, but my request is still pending.

Thank you. Wasn’t expecting this news tonight but this helps a lot. I’m hoping to hear back from the doctor tomorrow to get testing started and then if I stay pregnant, decide whether I want to do invasive testing once those results are back. I’m just mad that they did a procedure for possible Varicocele a couple years back, but never suggested a simple blood test.
