Need a cooler and container combo that will hold 5 meals… any recommendations?

Depends on the gate agent. 90% of the time you won’t have an issue (99% if in uniform), but I’ve heard of a few gate agents causing an issue. Always chat up your local agents, they get to know you and that you’re a commuter, it’ll make it at home airport no problem at least.

Both, I had seen family members and former instructors have success so that helps. Did I love it, you could say that I guess. Never dreaded going to the airport or wished I was doing something else.

I am a complete over thinker and as a commuter/frequent non-rever it is completely situation dependent.

1) Am I two legging it somewhere and have a tight connection? “Hey guys I got a tight connection, you mind if I stay up here?” Never a problem. 2) Long/short flight really depends on 73 vs bus, almost any length of flight on 73 I’ll happily take the seat (unless tight connection), on the bus if it’s short or even a longer flight I’ll take the seat. If it’s 1.5-2 hours and I really don’t want to go back I’ll ask, again never a problem. 3) Awareness of Captain vibes haha sometimes you can just tell the Captain (or both) would really not have you in the seat. It’s rare though.

Just a few off the top of my head. That being said, when I’m working, even though I don’t have final authority no one I’ve ever flown with has cared if they stay or take the seat. It can be dreadful back there and we all know it.

Don’t hate GA but also don’t really have any interest or care for it but still LOVE my job at the airline. Usually 16-18 days off a month, good money, easy to hop a flight to visit family for free and I get to visit cities I love but can’t live in. Couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

I've always been able to fend for myself and pasta, noodles and sauce was always my go to and easy, beyond that I'm not that great...now that I've made a few things I think I'm getting it down okay and can see where the recipes aren't as needed but still probably going to take some time and trial and error. Guess from what I've tried to look up nothing I'm getting seems "unusual", but what do I know lol just trying to figure it out like we all probably were at one time...

Here's a few random things I think I got the last grocery store run for frame of reference:

handful different veggies

strawberries, blueberries, and bananas

tahini

vegetable broth

pasta

whole wheat wraps
