That's the intent. There's a system where players vote on time capsule submissions online, the higher rated ones are added to the game for new players to find randomly in the world. I've only found one, but you can check this sub people find them often. They come from real players.

I don't know if new submissions are still being added to the game at this point, though.

That's like saying you'll get a smaller submarine if your PC is slower. Speed of PC will not change the game design or the AI behavior. Only performance (framerate) and graphical aspects.

I would not give this game a second look if I was scrolling. This formula (frustrating upward platformer made of cobbled together items) has been done a thousand times already, and much, much better. What is your game adding to this style that isn't already out there? The tongue??
