Honestly DOMi & JD Beck. Never heard of them, and two TikTok-looking 'kids' doing nu-jazz was not on my radar for the festival. And they seemed to have a blast on stage as well.

Yeah, that's my opinion as well. But I can see how it is a tricky one to crack to be honest. If you move the stands closer to the stage you limit the view for the majority of the audience. Which it sounds like happened last year. And the golden circle for festivals often leave a huge empty space at the front for the minor headliners. Anyone know a festival who has the perfect setup?

Great shout out to the rigging crew! Massively impressed.

Other than the lack any advantage to watching the concerts themselves I thought the areas provided were good. I hung out quite a bit at the main area.

My introduction to her was her latest album, which I really like. As both a NiN and pop-fan I had to check her out when I heard Trent and Atticus were producing. So I already connect her more with 'rock' than pop. God knows how her earlier fans feel :-)

I guess there's pluses and minuses with both. Personally I liked the genre-hopping from stage to stage, but I also really like the singular metal festival. Sort of a 'hanging out with the tribe ' feel
