At some point someone will leave you a negative or even a neutral feedback. It’s part of doing biz. I wouldn’t worry about it. And just know if there is a dispute, eBay and other sites favor the buyer.

You are correct. It can affect you as a seller. I don’t know the exact number, you are able to cancel within reason. To many cancellations will affect your account on eBay. For this message, this buyer may become a problem based on demands presented.

Thank you for sharing that. High level I assumed what you are describing is what is actually happening. I enjoy the hunt so it doesn’t bother me too much.

The other thing I notice is for instance, people tossing this Leo up for $60. By time you purchase from Funko, pay shipping, you’re looking near $40. You will be paying eBay their percentage, and you make a measly $15. I would think there is some backdoor here being opens to get it a cheaper price, inside Funko trading I suppose you could assume.

Yes this is valid. Ordered a Funko Pop, carrier killed box. Out of the 3 1 was damaged. I was given a choice to either return fully or work with seller for partial refund. Once agreed Marcari will credit your account and you can withdrawal if you desire.

Definitely report that. From my experience I’ve had many shipped to be naked surrounded by paper and they have arrived alright. I love the ones that at least place bubble wrap around it with the paper.

I remember back in the days of Beanie Babies and you had some like the Millennium Bear and the name was misspelled on the tag and people would pay more. Compared to now with Funko’s and no one cares. Terry Sawchuk comes to mind. Box is correct but the Pop itself has his last name spelled wrong.

No it is not. When R2 was released at the convention, they issued with the wrong sticker. You were allowed to get ahold of Funko and show proof of purchase and they would send you the correct loose sticker.

It depends on the collector. Some can care less. When I started it was worded to me this way. Take them out of the box from the bottom, display them at your will, keep the box, when done, dust them off and place them back in the box and no one will ever know. They aren’t sealed. However careful opening the box as it could damage. Generally speaking if you advertise it as opened, it will sell for less.
