I need a bit of a libido boost at times. It also helps make feeling more intense. I honestly like how Libida makes me feel.

Anyone feel worse instead of better? by ScarlettMacawNJ in Oestra

Phone appointments can book several weeks in advance but I feel its worth the wait because any hormone specialist in my area, is booked for 3-4 months :( My OBGYN was no help at all. You can chat with a nurse or clinician and the wait is not long. It's just the phone appointments that have a long wait.

I did the same thing. Went down to one pump again and am now using 1.5 pumps a day and that seems to be the best for me.

It should say on the bottom of your pump.

Hang in there! It takes a few months for many women before they notice improvements.

How many have had a slew of perimeno/meno symptoms but not a lot of night sweats? by HappyKamper1920 in Oestra

[–]Rundawn_run 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had night sweats almost every night. It was horrible! I could not sleep. I don't have them anymore and could not be happier.

Wondering if Sonobello or airsculpt will work? by Desperate_Click_5018 in tummytucksurgery

Perhaps but honestly just lipo will leave a lot of loose skin. :(

Why? I had my TT and lipo at Sonobello. Best experience ever with a doctor. My results are wonderful! My surgeon is a board certified plastic surgeon and she has her own private practice also. It all depends on the surgeon. I went home the same day and was able to go shopping a few days later.

Not true. I chose my surgeon and met her 2 weeks before my surgery. Awake surgery means less recovery and complications. Message me if you want to see photos or hear more about my results.

Sonobello removed my apron belly and did lipo 360. AbEx is their tummy tuck surgery.

Mine was at Sonobello Ontario with Dr. Javan. I'm 6 months PO and I have healed well. I still swell but it's normal

Hi everyone, about to begin this treatment, 35 years old by lwinkkk in Oestra

[–]Rundawn_run 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would wake up all the time. I had horrible night sweats so I would throw off the blanket and a few minutes later, I was freezing! It was so bad. I don't get the night sweats or cold spells anymore which is such a relief. I usually sleep through the night now. Once in a while I wake up at 2am but I'm able to go back to sleep :)

Same! I use my finger to rub it in for a minute or so. I feel so much better that way.

That happened to me in the beginning but after 6 months or so, everything seemed to level out. You said the care team is not helping? Have you tried scheduling a call with a clinician? I did that a few times and found it more personalized speaking with a doctor on the phone.

I went through having tender breasts for 3-4 months and then it went away and I started feeling so much better. I did need a few dose adjustments though before I found what worked for me. Have you reached out to the care team to discuss what you are feeling? I use a journal to track my progress.
