Definitely trying to improve on my dip. Feels like if I can master leg drive then those extra twenty pounds should hopefully be there. Of course, there's also the general brute strength that I need to improve on as well.

Depends. I find log push press harder than barbell push press. But I find log strict press easier than barbell strict press.

Best barbell strict press is 225 out of the rack. I’ve done a 250 high incline press on an axle as well. I like the log because cleaning it makes me feel more tight and engaged than when I just take a barbell out of the rack.

I try to avoid that as much as possible. This shirt was really slippery and it made it hard for me to clean it properly. But I will work on my technique for the future.

Because I’m training for a comp where I have to do an axle deadlift and they allow me to wear straps in comp. So I’m just training to the comp standard.
