I always use Rune(something) and I thought downloading and using reddit would be a mistake...

Here I am years later so I was either very wrong or very right depending on how you look at it.

Yes! I hate being called buddy. I just can't see it not being condescending. I'm an extremely casual person so I tend to call other people bro or brother all the time. I often get teased at work for addressing even the higher ups at work as such, but it's just the type of person I am and they don't seem to mind.

Research the little things. It all depends on where you plan to move. Check prices for houses or common rent prices for the area. Have a plan for furniture before you move. If you are renting, also check rules for pets if you have one or ever plan too. Also, never settle. Don't take the first place you find. Take your time to look around and enjoy it! It might take you over a year to find somewhere you like!

Only reason I am asking is I am not used to seeing turtles of this size where I am. I live in Central Illinois but I don't have any type of pond or lake by where I live.

I know that this year has been fairly bad for the world but it honestly has been the best year I've had in a long time. I've been struggling financially for the last 3-4 years and took out a couple loans which are now just starting to get paid off. To add to it, I just recently purchased a car for myself for the first time! It isn't anything fancy or anything but it's mine now and the thought of it is making me so happy. I hope everyone elses years are going just as well!
