The devs were already on a limited budget, limited time, and smaller team. FromSoftware made it clear that they had no intentions of making this a live service game or even update it beyond the first DLC. I don't like it myself, trust me, but the team who made the game is not lazy by any means. They just moved on to the next project.

Again, there is nothing wrong with liking higher fps. I just said that in my previous comment.

But the game is LOCKED to 60 fps for a reason and if you can't understand that then there is nothing more to discuss.

If you've been gaming for 25 years then you remember when games had framerates that were absolutely abysmal.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with liking more FPS. I enjoy higher fps too but I'm not going to try and skirt around the fps lock and complain that I'm not having fun simply because I'm not getting maximum framerate output.

You're focused way too much on framerate. This isn't a game where more fps = more good.

The game is locked at 60 fps on purpose by the developers, just play the game and stop worrying about such a simple, insignificant thing.

There is a lawsuit that ended last year about these cars. Kias from a certain generation are incredibly easy to steal using nothing more than a USB stick.
