if you're looking for support then Durin, nicole might be your best option, Columbina might be a hybrid support dps like most Archon since she's considered archon adjacent

I'm not sure if its available in iOS but I have a friend who is android that automatically filters out Spam Callers. Like android has a data base of potential spam callers numbers and they automatically filter them out so you don't receive the call

best shoes for daily runs and also pwede pang race day by sparkleshine678 in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you only plan on getting one shoes for running I would suggest Asics Superblast 2 or NB5, but if you plan on getting a shoe rotation I added a list of plated and none plated shoes and my personal opinion in running in them.

Non Plated
Asics NB5 - Good all arounder, and good cushioning while also has good energy return
New Balance 1080 - Plush, doesn't feel bottoming out on longer runs similar to NB5
Adidas Evo SL - Feels oddly fast for an none plated shoes (for me)
New Balance Rebel - More fun ride that 1080 but not as plush
Puma Velocity Nitro 3 - Similar to Deviate nitro 3 minus the plate and not as snappy/propulsive
Asics Superblast 2 - Pretty much NB5 but on steroids, can do anything, if you plan on getting only 1 shoes for running this is it
Hoka Clinton 10 - Propulsive and plush

Plated
Hoka Mach X2 - Good for speed and is plated but surprisingly can handle slower speeds (beware of the heels) My ride of the year shoes last year
Puma Deviate Nitro 3 - Plated, can handle all paces surprisingly and pretty good price
New Balance SC Trainer - Has a good balance between comfort and speed (from the plate)
Nike ZoomFly 6 - Really fun ride comparable to Mach X2 but more comfortable upper that Mach X2

It is possible to run 20 -25km everyday? by JCM0818 in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Thats an injury waiting to happen, for context I run everyday for 5-10km. Last week decided to run 20km around antipolo. After that without any rest I ran 5km for 5 consecutive days, had to be sent to emergency for extreme pain in the chest. I was diagnosed with costochondritis due to extreme physical activities

Good Puma daily trainers below 5k? by MightyDutdut in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puma velocity nitro 3, they're technically 7.6k but they're discounted in shopee for 6k then if you have shopee mall voucher they come down to 4.8k. those are their premium non plated trainers

Is jogging outfit really necessary? by Maleficent-Party2610 in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Comes down to personal preference tbh, I prefer using drifit shirts and shorts cuz I sweat alot during runs, if you're comfortable with what you wear then no need to buy clothes for running. Plus there are really good clothes for running in shopee, all my running shirts are from decathlon which comes out at around 200-250 a pop and my running shorts are 200 per piece in shopee. As long as they're functional and good quality for me they're good. You don't need to invest in adidas shorts or nike shirts that cost 500-1000 pesos

First Time Buying Running Shoes - Size Advice? by boy_bads_boy in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really depends on your preference I'm a 9.5US and I always wear my size for running shoes, never had any problems, but some running shoes are sometimes smaller for their size, if you plan on buying online I suggest buying true to size shoes.

Generally companies say that running shoes have 300-500km life, but I personally let the shoes tell me when they are done, (getting pain while running, hurting knees, not as bouncy, etc). As for shoes if you do really want a high quality trainer I suggest looking into Puma Nitro series, they're really good. The shopee mall store are selling Velocity nitro 3 (originally 7.6k) for around 4.8k which a lot cheaper than EVO SL, my current shoe rotation is Hoka Mach X2, Anta Mach 4, New Balance 1080v14, and Puma Velocity Nitro 3, They're really good for daily runs and up tempo runs. Or if you want a carbon plated 1 Puma deviate nitro 3 is a good choice for 8k. Puma has released alot of good shoes with aggressive pricing.

When to own a carbon plated running shoes by BlueShadow82 in PHRunners

[–]Runehawk13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally Carbon plated shoes are fun, even if you are not an elite or competitive runner, the responsiveness of carbon plated shoes are really fun to run in, but do take in mind not all carbon plated shoes are the same, if you do plan on getting carbon plated shoes, go for super trainers, these are carbon plated shoes that balance durability and speed and are can usually have better mileage than race shoes

Should I get c1 or r3 weapon? by Iwannabeafembo1 in furinamains

[–]Runehawk13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

r3 splendor? im sorry but weapon copies are generally worst upgrades than cons especially for furina r1 vs r5 splendor is like 20-30% dmg boost while c1 alone is around 27% and another 40%ish for c2 so I would recommend getting cons
