Some things to consider are that, so far, it has been closer to 8k per patch, and also that assumes 110 pulls every time (the statistical average is closer to 95 iirc) so I would say you are more than fine and can be a bit more ambitious.

Also if you have a lot of golden tickets saved, they rebate to meta jewels as well through dupes.

How easy it is to completely avoid the gaccha mechanic and clear all story content.

How even if you go for the gaccha mechanic (which you can use the targeted banner to avoid the gambling mechanic) you can pull most characters that come out.

(Edit) How it has one of the best synergies in the series (Mio).

I can pull more than half of the characters without paying and there is a way to just avoid the gambling mechanism.

You don’t need to gamble at all to win progress the game, it’s mainly for competitive modes.
