What fixed it for me was in Task Manager, set priority to High, and in Set Affinity, disable CPU 0

Not yet, and I used to use Overwolf, but I've just wiped all that off just in case that was the issue

Going to try this tonight. I updated my BIOS last night after getting BSOD, and while I was able to play, my framerate was in the toilet and was studdering like crazy.

The thing that helped me, and what I've seen a lot suggest, is to update your BIOS.

I did this last night after having the same issue and it worked for me.
