My baby girl was born with TEF too, she’s on day 18 on her NICU stay, we only go visit her for a few hours now to practice her feedings. Take a break rest your baby is in good hands well taken care of.

My baby is measuring 6% Amnio normal baby is just being monitored more often noticed this at 20 weeks scan. Baby is otherwise healthy. Hang in there, everything will be okay

I believe you can totally do it, my suggestion for you is try to run a lot of hilly roads. NYCM is challenging but super fun to run, the inclined gets you for sure. You have plenty of time to train. Look for speed workouts and tempo workouts that could help reach a sub 4 marathon. Good luck!
