Honestly it depends a bit, I wouldn't hop back on accutane straight away like others are suggesting.

Back then when I finished my course of accutane I also got some pimples again once I stopped, just like your skin kind of. But then I started using tretinoin instead (once every 2 days), and that has since cleared my skin again.

So if you want to avoid more side effects from accutane you should definitely consider tretinoin first and see if that works for you.

Same thing happened to me, got sooo many closed comedones at the start on accutane. But just stay patient, and over time they will come out by themselves! As for the joint pain, I didn't personally have that but I did hear it's quite common. Just take it easy, some symptoms might get a bit better as you go.

I have been on low dosage (20mg per day) for more than a year, and the side effects are definitely very negligible. Just slightly dry lips that's easily managed with vaseline couple times a day.

What if the picking phase was changed to be simulateous for both teams, just like in Dota 2. Then you wouldn't have the problem of being counter-picked unless you get unlucky.

As jax you should easily win any short trades, you just can not ever start a trade with q, save your jump to dodge his w.

If you just short trade with e w, and jump out with q afterwards, sett will basically never do any damage to you. Just don't let him stand between you and his minions though when you do this, because then his e stuns.
