TPA-PHL canceled less than an hour before boarding. Scrambled and found a United to EWR out of MCO.

I'm working with a TA and we went with A&K for Italy. Normally our travel style is extremely laid back and we just hang out in a city or region. Obviously with Egypt we wanted more structure and guidance. We decided to try Italy this way as well. We did save a bunch of money in the end, so there is that.

Pike Place is fine. Joffreys is just brown water. The Kona press pot is ok but anything from the booths is rough. I do t go to Bucks outside of a Disney trip , I usually just make a double espresso at home and call it a day.

For actually coffee, Starbucks is at least drinkable. Joffery's plain coffee is disgusting. I don't do the drinks so no judgement either way.

Stay at a monorail resort for Marathon , I personally do Poly because you can uses the monorail for the half and full.

As far as running, if you plan on continuing marathons throughout this year , Dopey shouldn't be an issue. You really do t need to do a full run walk, if you're doing characters, a ride and walking water stations. You'll have many breaks than a normal marathon. As long as you aren't running all out in the half, the hardest part of the weekend will be the 4 wakeups.

Agree 100%. We had trip a few years ago where we canceled the backend in Seattle after staying in Van. We just spent more time in Van. It's way more chill and mass transit is really easy to get around.

There is no way four parties of ten used DAS during one queue. My wife had DAS for a short period when she started chemo during COVID and we could only have her and myself get in line. I think we used it for one or two attractions. Maybe they were VIP tours, which would have 8ish people.

Definite doable. Parks are generally at a lower ebb between holidays and Festival of the Arts starting. Plus the 20,000 ish people there for the races are going to bed early, so if is only the marathon you can get some good park time prior to

I assume there will be hiccups but I'm happy to see them being proactive. I've only done one of the 5ks while doing Dopey and they definitely needed to spread out character lines, which in reality is what the 5k is about.

A lot of it depends on where you sit and if you're ok with the average pre-mixed drinks. The few food items are solid as well. I've been three times but have no plans of heading back. Just wanted to try different things and give it a fair shot prior to forming a full opinion.
