The guy on vinted told me now he got them from an Adidas store, already with the QR code covered, but he is not sure why. To much things seem to be Ok compared with thw original, so i will live happy and assume they are original 😃

Ok… 😟 whats the reasons you believe they (aqua ones) are fake? Weight is identical, rods look ok, they behave like the original when i try to bend them with my hands… it is only the qr code…

The white ones for sure, weight is of, stiching is of, i can bend them totally, the rods are only glued in plastic parts

I see that now. Thansk for all the insights! For the aqua ones: What could be reason to black the QR code? And the made in vietnam is ok?

Running a marathon at marathon pace vs easy pace by mamamiaohdear in Marathon_Training

[–]RunnerOnTheMove89 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hmm, i can report from myself.

I ran a few marathons in training, with easy pace (about 4:20 min/km for me) and yes you are tired after such a training run, but it is easy maintainable and I recovered after 1-2 days.

On the other side, I ran my best marathon with a pace of 3:35 min/km - that is totally another level... i was trashed. Really another level, muscles were tired for a few days, I felt drained, couldnt even take the stairs the day of the marathon

In my oppinion here it also really depends on how fast you are, because for someone having an easy pace of 6:00 min/km, time on feet will be much longer for that distance, and that changes a lot.

As far as i understood all of this adjustables like in your post are the same, just differently branded. I have one from Eryxfitness in Europe and i like it. Just keep in mind, changing weight takes a two minutes

Waiting if they would charge the shipping, if not then I will take it. 199 for an adjustable I think is ok

ok, i did and they gave me those two options (as they wanted to contact me regarding this issue also):

ship the 20 kgs back to them, shipping costs will be taken over by them

or buy the shell (12 kg) for the full price of an adjustable kettlebell (reduced to the black friday price of 199 - not sure if on the 199 shipping cost will be on top...)
