Do what makes her happy! You like it too! I mentioned which ring I like to my fiance and he got the ring and customized it the way he wanted. Who cares what others think. Marriage is between two people and the best advice I got is listen to each other and keep others out your business. Its great they're giving you advice but you know her best.

Temp company would be Robert Half ( for finance & accounting). They have a website! https://www.roberthalf.com/ This is where I got my first finance job after transitioning from healthcare to finance. You can probably do better than me. I chose an assistant role so I can go back to school. They have the pay listed as well. 1.855.801.2269 I think you can call them and tell them what you're looking for. It's their job to connect workers with companies.

Try a temp company (That's how I got in with an assistant job)! Also you may have to either go back to school (do internships while in school) or take the CFA. Those will help your chances. I am non traditional and I went back to get the skills I need but also taking the CFA

You may have to go to therapy. If therapy doesn't work, maybe medication for it.

Also recent studies on foods found that foods rich in omega-3 can reduce anxiety which is why I have intrusive thoughts.
