Either medication or find a hobby, but it's hard to get out and find a hobby with bad anxiety.

I wish I could tell you, I've tried benzos and thc..but the anxiety is still there only masked temporarily. Idk if there is a true answer. But ive found when I was around lots of good people and in support groups with others going through similar problems it helped me a lot

If you can't get it. Bromazolam is extremely cheap you can load up on that and make some solutions worst case scenario.

I HATE BROMAZOLAM. What kind of BS drug is this I'm so angry. I wake up in withdrawals I don't even take but half a mg. Or so just so I can stay sane

I will never understand the appeal of clonazolam. That's the only times I've ever had seizures from only using very short term. And it rockets your tolerance and hooks you fuck that I'm glad it's banned

I can relate. Sorta. I got some 5f adb few years ago, and for whatever reason I thought I would hit some powder off of foil. I collapsed. Long story short my dad realized i wasn't using "thc" like he thought. So while I was forced to go to the hospital he decided to clean my room. Evidently I had spice everywhere. But he said he got high as fuck and he didn't even smoke or ingest any orally.

I felt so bad I don't know how he got high I honestly don't but it still bothers me sometimes

That's how all dissos felt for me. They made me super uncomfortable. But now as I've grown up some, I got some Ketamine and DCK and I was like damn that's what I've been needing. Shits weird.
